About

As a clean tech strategist & consultant, I am passionate about working with open-source solutions aimed at reducing your carbon footprint. Using GreenOps principles, I believe organizations can utilize carbon data collection to orchestrate and effect cultural change, working towards continual carbon efficiency. Here are some of my favorite projects to contribute to:

  • Cloud Carbon Footprint

An open source project that measures and reduces cloud carbon emissions. Also uses a Jupyter Notebook for data collection, as well as a plugin built to implement with a Backstage developer portal.

  • Green Software Foundation

A trusted ecosystem of people, standards, tooling and best practices for green software. There exists tooling to help create carbon aware software, and also training for green software principles.

  • HTTP Archive Web Almanac

A community-run project to track how the web is built. As of 2022, there is now a new chapter focused on Sustainability!
